By accessing WCP Market ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of using the Service where you live.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies only and are credited to your internal USD-denominated balance once on-chain confirmation is observed. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during business hours but may take longer for compliance review.

4. Markets

Prediction prices reflect supply, demand, and risk modelling. Markets resolve based on the official outcome reported by our data provider. Resolutions are final once published.

5. Prohibited Activity

You may not use the Service to launder funds, manipulate markets, exploit bugs, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts and reverse trades at our discretion.

6. Risk Disclosure

Prediction markets involve risk of partial or total loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Never deposit more than you can afford to lose.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCP Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
